Have had them for years, and am yet to be let down. I pay my credit card bill every month with sound bank and am yet to experience any $35 fee.

Charges 35 dollars to ELECTRONICALLY transfer money to a credit card, if this fee puts you in to a negative balance then they will charge another 35 dollars for going in to the negative.
