Friendly staff and clean establishment. Hot chocolate wasn't too sweet and the staff had no trouble giving us a second cup to split our venti drink.
My experience was ruined by a few baristas with bad attitudes. No, they were not directly rude to me, but the way they handled their fellow employees made me feel like I was a burden. It seemed like I, among the other customers, were objects that needed to be gone as soon as possible. One barista kept interrupting the others whenever they would strike up any type of conversation with a customer, telling them to do this or that. I get it. Stuff has to get done, but it was like the customer service aspect was next to non existent. Don’t get me wrong, there are so many nice, sweet baristas here who know exactly what they are doing, but that makes the rotten apples so much worse. The contrast is stark, therefore extremely obvious. Negativity so thick and oppressive I just wanted to get out of there. Very depresssing and not at all nurturing to the human spirit. I could taste the terrible vibes with every sip of my drink.
