This is probably the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership. I would never recommend anyone take their car here for any mantience. I have a 2013 Chevy Cruze. I had a small issue that I needed fixing and had to take muni car rock a Chevy dealership because they were the only people that had the part I needed. My husband went in and told them what the issue was and the part I needed replacing, because we had already taken the car to a mechanic, but they didn’t have the part. Well they took my car back for no more than about 10 minutes, they then came and told my husband it would be almost 500 dollars to fix. Also let me just point out that the part we needed is less than $100. My husband told them it’s very close to Christmas and we just couldn’t afford that right now. They say ok, but that they are charging us $140 dollars for diagnosing the problem......
Jonski and the whole crew were very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. We went to see them late after work and after dinner and they stayed till after closing to help make sure every last detail was perfect. Even a couple days after the sale they were beyond helpful to the extent of fulfilling every promise that was made and delivering the truck! Highly Highly Recommend

Our experience with Maggie was absolutely amazing. We had neg equity on at car that was 10 years old and needed out of that situation. We already knew what the problem was. You can easily see as soon as you pop the hood. Also they looked at it for maybe 5 minutes. 140 for that is just ridiculous, and basically stealing.
Will absolutely you never take my car to any Chevy dealership ever again and will definitely tell anyone I know that has a Chevy to do the same.
