Pharmacy and the customer service is the worst. Poor attitude and poor customer service skills. Been sitting on whether or not I should write this review or not for a while...I moved to MHC about a year ago, I grew up in Jacksonville and was no stranger to Kmart. I wanted to give this store a second, third and and final chance....each experience is worst then the last. I go I now know not to expect much of anything other then items and cheaper price. I guess in their situation cheaper price means a cheaper shopping experience.
I had the best service at Knart in Moreheadcity! Ms Butler went all iut to help me retrieve a layaway lost due through fault if my own. She found it still not returned to stock!!!!! My grandchildrens Christmas gifts!! Thank you to all the hard working staff because rhey all are TERRIFIC!!
Has lots of great deal but they are looking to hire with some saying stating something about a smile but to be honest those people that work there are the most unhappy, unfriendly, & unwilling to help individuals I have ever met in the customer service field! If I didn't like some of their products believe me I would not enter their doors.
The prices are right and I love a blue light sale.
Very rude... not personable cashiers.... no one wanted to help and they kept saying I wish people would just leave so we could close early....;(. Very disappointed
