Went due to a hurt ankle and my doctor wasnt open, i told the PA 3 times i had a pulled tendon and i needed a note for P.E and marching band. the PA seemed as if he wasn't paying attention very well and low and behold he wasnt because i only ended up with a note for band and in the note it said i " denied pain". He didnt even look at my ankle. Dont waste your time going if your regular doctors office isnt open, just wait if you can.
Very thoughtful. My wife and l have used this establishment for over a decade. Since the change of ownership, l have not been in often at all. However, l came today and I am as pleased with the service as my wife has been.

Edit after respose: yeah nothing there explained as to why on my note it said i denied pain. If i denied pain, i wouldnt have gone thats and thats what im getting at.
I will never use this place, nor will I recommend it to anyone. This type of action is inexcuseable, and these employees should be fired !
Unbelievable. I arrive at the facility 10 minutes prior to closing to find the doors locked. I noticed one of the employees peeping around a door opening at me, but when she realized that I saw her, she ducked behind a wall. Also noticed someone peeing through the window blinds as well. I knocked on the door for a few minutes, and they refused to let me in. Patient care is not their concern, getting off work is. If this is how they treat you before you can get in the door, imagine how they will treat you once inside. God forbid if you actually need medical attention. Wait ! It's an Urgent Care Facility!
Was on a family vacation when I threw my back out. My trip was really not looking good after that until I decided to google local urgent cares in the area. Glad I did. The front desk staff was great, nurse was fantastic and the provider who saw me (Bruce) was awesome. Overall, a really great experience. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Would recommend to anyone, keep up the great work guys!!
