The whole staff are very helpful. Everything was easy to find. I love the salad bar great variety of toppings.
Well at least my license did not burn with my phone, credit cards, and other ID's, that's the best part!!!
Because I went to the door not out of the door with two drinks in my hand
I stepped to the door with two twenty oz Pepsi and yelled at my wife to bring my wallet to me she did and I went to a register and paid for the drinks and left as I was getting in my car to leave I noticed the manager watching me leave while on the phone about 10 minutes later I got stopped by a police officer and charged with shop lifting and was told by the office the manager was pressing charges for shop lifting because I passed the point of sale with the drinks in my hand to get my wife to bring me my wallet.
Caused my car to get towed when I was arrested
My house burned to the ground, destroying along with it my ID's and credit cards. I am a long time customer of the store. Because I didn't have credit cards I wrote a check. The check wasn't accepted because I didn't have an ID even though they looked me up by the customer loyalty card. Even when I found an "expired" drivers license with photograph and license number that wasn't good enough. Lowes clearly demonstrated how loyal they are to their customers, especially when their
Here is the icing on the cake, what I thought was my "expired" license was actually my current one but when I handed it to them they did even take the time to look at it so I couldn't buy my groceries.
Leave the store with out saying anything to me personally
So in the end it cost me a night in jail and 200 to get my car back

customer was in need. Once again, a customer loyalty card where they could look me up, "expired" drivers license with my photograph and the same number as a current license and even my social security number wasn't good enough. I think I'll find a new place to shop.
I had a wonderful experience at Lowe's Foods. At the Deli, Jacob Tolliver, was very helpful with a smile and answered all my questions. At the self checkout the attendant was very helpful.
