I was a walk in and the took me happily. Samantha was wonderful and had a lot of helpful tips to help my hair out. I went from long all one length to sholder length with layers and I absolutely love it. I will definitely be coming back!
My gut reaction was to leave immediately and I wish I had. The whole salon needs a good cleaning (bathroom absolutely filthy, seat left up and toilet unflushed and who knows when it was last scrubbed). Jordan's cut was the opposite of what I asked for, even after showing him a picture, and the styling was nonexistent. I left and immediately went to a different local salon to have my hair cut properly.
Some advice: please listen to your clients; when they say they don't like their hair in their face, don't comb it all forward. When they say they want their hair cut shorter over their ears, don't tell them that you like the length - it's not about what YOU like.
Samantha is AMAZING! Its always been a struggle for me to find a stylist that I trust to cut/style my hair. I am super picky and always end up having to go back to a stylist, or find a new stylist, after every hair cut to fix little things I'm not happy with. This is not the case with Samantha. She is so patient and truly listens to what I ask for. She asks questions to make sure she understands what I'm describing and shows me what she's doing each step of the way to make sure it's what I like. She takes her time and takes pride in her work, I've never felt rushed or like she wasn't paying close attention to what she was doing with my hair. She's very understanding and never gets irritated if I ask her to do something differently or when I ask her a million questions. She's been so helpful as I've been planning my wedding and have booked her and another stylist to do our hair and makeup the day of, and she's informed me of certain products that would work great with my hair and skin. I am so glad I found her and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new hair stylist!
Jordan & Amanda both do such an amazing job, I went in this morning with all 3 of my kids.. Yes I said it, THREE kids! Amanda was so accommodating, she literally held my infant son while Jordan worked his magic on my hair. It's my third time going to Jordan, I have had my hair done all over the U.S., no one has ever cut, or colored my hair as good as Jordan! I show him a picture, and walk out with exactly what I ask for! If you are on the fence, hop off, this is your spot!
