I have had speciality Choice appointments made several times since November and the codes are WRONG. I have called and called and STILL have not had ANY of the items done because the speciality clinics cannot get through to get it changed and Health Net said they changed it twice but the provider says they have not. RIDICULOUS!They treat you as if you are a second rate citizen who MUST have drug or alcohol issues. I HATE this clinic.
They answer the phone and they know what they're talking about. Very refreshing. Handled my business faster and more easily than at any other VA clinic (and I've been to a few).
I've been attending this clinic for 10 years now. They are very respectful and knowledgeable. They are always looking for improvement I like that. My Doctor that I see is very good and cares for and about his patients takes his time with them doesn't push them out like other Doctors.
Called at 410 pm. Closed. They aren't supposed to close until 430 pm. I guess I'll go ahead and get that bottle of scotch and blow my brains out now.
