RUN as fast as you can from this place! I couldn't get this agent to return my phone calls. Since starting our insurance with her three months ago, we've had to deal with four different employees. I don't know if they're all quitting or what, but it's unnerving. Melissa didn't even return my emails until I filed a formal complaint with State Farm Customer Service! Bottom line, I cancelled my car insurance because we traded cars and the rates went through the roof. We found insurance with a reputable company for less than what we were paying before trading! A week after we cancelled our insurance, State Farm debited our checking account for an additional month of coverage. It's been 18 days and neither Melissa Crews nor State Farm has any explanation or a refund. We've had to escalate it to the NC Department of Insurance!
