We called to ask them if they could do an alteration on a prom dress and have it done by Friday, they told us it would not be a problem. We wasted much needed time and gas to make the trip within the same hour......they then told us they couldn't with multiple excuses.....they either don't communicate well with one another or don't know what they are doing......
Took my suit to be dry cleaned, brand new worn one time to a wedding. After getting home, I went to put it on another hanger, and the lapels of the jacket were all wrinkled, It looks terrible. They took my $300 brand new suit and made it look like a wrinkled mess. Never again will I set foot in this business.
They have done a lot of alterations for my boss. The clothes always look great! I took a piece in that I wasn't sure if they could fix but they did and I was very happy with it!
