The Jimmy johns on glenburnie road would not deliver sandwiches 1.7 miles unless I had a super large order! This is ridiculous pizza places deliver further than 1 mile!! I will suggest another sub places from now on!
This is a great local business! Prompt service with amazing sandwiches and commend them for giving back to their local community. Can't wait to get back for another sandwich. Keep up the great work guys!
If I could give this place no stars, I would. I live 8 miles from this place, they will deliver to my home. However at my friends house, which is 3.3 miles from Jimmy John's...and they won't deliver. I understand they have an area of business, generally around other businesses. My friend lives around at least 10 businesses. The lady I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude and short. I do not ever leave bad reviews. I prefer not to leave one at all if it's bad. But this lady answer the phone as if she did not want to be there. Then I asked if she delivered to my friends house, she said "no" followed with an "ugh". I said, "ok thank you", followed by her saying, "yep" and the click of the phone. I will not should anyone else buy from this establishment. Jersey Mike's is better anyway.
This store was very clean. The staff are extremely nice, friendly, and helpful. The food was excellent. They have the best subs I have ever had. If you are having a get together and need someone to cater it I would most definetly recommend this Jimmy John's. The drivers are very friendly and very fast when you need your order delivered. The manager is one of the nicest ones that I have met in a long time. And the staff are very patient and willing to explain what exactly goes on a sandwich. This is a very family oriented sub restaurant. Like I said earlier they have very friendly staff and the bread is always fresh and so is the product that goes on to the sandwich. And the pricing is great for the value. The drivers are very fast also with deliveries. I would definetly recommend to all my family and friends.
No delivery for an address two miles away. Ridiculous! The smart mouthed guy on the phone was enough for me to never give this company business again.
