I’m only giving it three stars because the manager was super nice about everything, hands down this is probably one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. For one the waitress kept ignoring our table, it took like 45 mins for her to finally come take our order and then an additional hour to finally get our food. The waitress had a nasty attitude! She took an order wrong and started blaming it on the guy well you said this so that’s what I got you, she didn’t even try to get him the meal he really wanted. She than finally brought us our checks with no pens
Wait was a little long but food was great and so was the service. Server was awesome.
This place is hands down one of the worst I've ever been to. & being a server myself for 6 years, I know what I'm talking about. We got kicked out for just having fun. We weren't being disrespectful, we were just laughing and having a good time. They then cut us off from the bar and kicked us out and then we're rude about it, the manager calling us "belligerent." Real professional. Hire a new manager please.
The restaurant was clean and everyone was very nice. It was a great experience, we will definitely be back!!
