Worst pharmacy in the Morehead City area. They have the rudest customer service and all look like they hate their jobs! Going to another pharmacy to fill my orders.
Absolutely rude staff. The first time I went, I tried to give them the benefit of a doubt that maybe it was just a bad day for them. Unfortunately, I was incredibly wrong. The second time I went I was treated even worse and it actually triggered a literal panic attack so I ended up having to leave because I was in tears by how poorly I was treated. JUST TO PICK UP MY MEDICATION. Third time, my husband went for me because I was traumatized by the previous experience and even he hated the experience for the same reason - rude and inconsiderate staff who act like it's their greatest life burden to help you for even the simplest of things.
Asked for help locating a popular item in the pharmacy and you would have thought I asked this woman to change the tilt of the earth's axis. She seemed confused then waved her hand in a general direction and muttered something about not being able to "leave her post". When I returned after not finding the item. She suggested that perhaps it was discontinued. I immediately suggested that she call for assistance. Someone finally show up to help me. Good thing I didn't leave the store thinking item was discontinued.
Most of the their employees in the pharmacy are rude and act like they hate their job.
I was charged 80 dollars for a medication that I could have gotten for 15 at another pharmacy. Completely outrageous. I guess that's what I get for not price shopping first. Needless to say, I'll be changing pharmacies.
This has happened to me over and over dealing with them. I have noticed they are rude to other customers too. I will find another place to get my meds.
