No communication between customers, techs and dispatcher. Should not be waiting on tech till 7 pm when more than 48 hours an appt was scheduled prior.
I had a bad clog in my main sewer line that a previous plumbing company could not fix. I called Roto-Rooter and asked them to send someone out, it was around noon when I called them so it was the next morning before someone could get out here. They sent Bill out first thing the next morning at 8 am, he was great, friendly, knowledgeable, had all of the right equipment on hand when he arrived, fixed my clog in a jiff, and considering what I was previously charged by a company who didn't even unclog it, the price was amazing. I haven't had any prior experience with the company, and because the lone review was only 1 star I didn't call them first, but I clearly should have. I would recommend them to anyone in the future.
