I left my dog in their care for a haircut and was severely disappointed. They butchered his fur and didn't even bother with his head or tail. He was bleeding near his private area and there were uneven tufts through out. They let a trainee cut his hair with no supervision and did not even clear this with me beforehand. Now I can only hope his hair grows back evenly. Don't get your dog groomed here. Just don't. I'm never going back.
We’ve been using this PetSmart grooming salon for 18 months. The appointments are always quoted to take 3-4 hours. It’s always taken longer than 4 hours for my pet’s appointment. Today, after 5 1/2 hours, I went to pick him up. I saw them brushing his face, two people, one holding him, one brushing. If you can call yanking on his face, brushing! I own a 6 pound Yorkie. He is timid, anxious and scared of everything! The sweetest dog you will ever meet! The groomer claimed while she trying to cut his facial hair, he licked the shears. She cut his tongue!!!! They took him to the vet and he was fine. He had blood all over the right side of his face. The manager apologized and gave me a 25% discount! A whopping $8.75 after the employee cut my dog’s tongue!!! After seeing how rough they are, I understand why he is scared to be brushed and bathed at home! We will NEVER use that grooming salon or PetSmart store again!! They didn’t even give me the pamphlet of what services he had today, guess they didn’t want to write that they cut his tongue!!!!!!
Very helpful and polite customer sales rep. Store was very clean, the cats were very playful. I had an awesome shopping experience.
Had to take the pup in for a check up all the employees were great!
