I flew in on a Monday night from Texas and had already reserved a car from the National counter. When I arrived - the older gentleman from National was rude to me, proceeded to lecture me on when I should pick up a car....he went on and on. When he finally shut up, he stated he wasn't going to help me because I was not renting with a credit card. This was not my first bad experience with the older gentlemen, Jim. I proceeded to take myself and money to another counter. Mr. Brennan went above and beyond to help me out. He was able to place me in a vehicle WITH my debit card - without any hassles at all. Honestly, he was a life saver!!!! I highly recommend Avis Budget Group and will most definitely use them again.
Great customer. Came through on a short notice with exactly what we needed. No hassle! The processing time was fast and courteous. I will go back the next time I .need to rent a vehicle
Very upset after encounter with incredibly rude owner! After severe storms this morning, vehicle stocks were low and we were told we had to wait for some to arrive from elsewhere. We were perfectly understanding of this and were happy to wait. Then we were told that as we'd booked online (3 weeks ago) we were a lower priority than if we'd called in (even the night previously) and made a personal connection with the man behind the counter who I assume was the owner Pat, given he treated us to a lecture about his business model. He repeatedly said he could only guarantee a vehicle to those he'd made a personal commitment to. Booking online was "only a guarantee of price". Completely unnecessary given a smaller car than we'd booked arrived a half hour later, which we were very happy to escape in. He made us feel like second-class citizens, unwanted because we weren't locals or his beloved repeat customers. Unbelievably rude. We left very upset and I'll be contacting Avis head office about this. We're tourists from Australia, who booked here since it was cheaper than the airport and more convenient for our travel plans. I doubt we'll ever be lucky to come to this part of the US again, but if we do I'll never book with this branch again and I'll recommend that all my contacts stay away. Makes me seriously reconsider booking with any suburban Avis branches at all in future.

Great Experience! The managers and staff were friendly and went out of their way to accommodate my group. They made adjustments for me due to bad weather. I am very, very pleased with everything! A++++
