Pat was very helpful. He had my rental car clean and ready for pick up early in the morning. I picked up the car a little earlier than my reservation, so the computer automatically charged me an extra day for picking up the car 30 minutes early. Pat noticed it and made the correction. Returning the car was also a breeze. Excellent customer service.
I've rented from this location several times and Pat is always a pleasure to deal with. I've seen him with folks lined up out the door and he treats everyone with a great attitude and ultimate professionalism. I can't recommend this location and in particular, Pat, any higher. You won't be disappointed. Thanks to Budget for opening this location and putting someone committed to customer service in charge.
Pat was so helpful today! After a not so great experience at the Raleigh airport location this morning, it was quite nice to come to this location and have a much better expereince !! Definitely recommend this location!
Made reservation online and had no issues. Even picked up the truck a day later with no issues. Check out process was a breeze! Pat was professional and friendly. He answered all of our questions and was helpful. Budget is much cheaper than the other option in Morehead City. Have patience when calling they're busy cuz of their great customer service and prices. To get that it takes Pat and his team time. It's worth it.
