As always, my comfort & satisfaction were top priority. Even when I forgot to come to an appointment, there was no criticism.
Dr. Ward and each staff member are very proficient, professional, yet friendly and caring. The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxed. The best thing is no pain and no more dread of going to dentist. They work with some insurance companies and may have some financial counsel for those who are uninsured. You will leave with a brighter smile than when you arrived.
Going to a dentist is heart rendering for sure!! Dr. Ward made me feel comfortable and important. Each staff person I met - Scarlett and Tina - were so genuinely sweet and wanted me to be calm and comfortable. I did feel less than but you could tell they really wanted to help and be there for me. Took our son, who is a challenging 6 year old and the staff from Dr. Ward to Mary (sorry don't know your title :() who took care of our son was amazing. They let him (under supervision) inspect the tools to make sure he was comfortable. He is not fond of dentists, but he got great care and that little bit of attention he needed! Its a great place!
