I had looked at a TV on the Best Buy website and decided to buy it. When I got there 2 hours later the price had gone up $30.00! I cam back to my office and got my laptop which still had the screen up with the lower price and went back to the store. One of the managers, Jeremy Gillikin, said "No problem! We'll refund you the difference." I was in and out in less than ten minutes with no hassle at all. Refreshing to see a store and personnel focused on SERVICE!! Jeremy is to be commended for his response and I would encourage anyone looking for a great shopping experience to use this Best Buy.
We use Geek Squad all across the country. Been doing so for years. The service has been perfect for us as we travel. Now this particular store has gone to this crazy reservation system. It’s absolutely horrible to get through to them to make an appointment. You used to be able to walk in and wait in line to get served. Hope this is not going to be rolled out to all their stores, at least not before they’ve got it functioning more effectively.
I have an older 7 inch tablet that bought on a TV sales station. ..Most of know them well. It has been infected with the infamous IRS send me $300 or else virus. I took my tablet to Best Buy and because we have purchased a Geek Squad protection plan on one of other many purchases, they fixed this for nothing! That to me is good customer service. We had no idea that the protection would cover more than the product that it.was purchased with, but this is a very nice surprise. Thumbs up !
The associates of Best Buy were very nice and helpful. The ones I was talking to about what I was looking for, went out of their way to help me. I was very pleased with the help I got , thank you Best Buy ,again.
Almost always excellent. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Geek squad installer Mike P is excellent. Geek squad manager can be a challenge. In spite of that we continue to shop BB
