I chose the Hampton Inn because of it's reputation and the many wonderful stays I've had at other locations with the Hilton brand. Not the case with this one, so far the coffee has been cold each of the two times I went to get some today, my wife did the same for tea and also came up cold. Can't say I saw the normal cookies in the lobby but I can say I couldn't smell them. Camille the receptionist needs to learn her area and when to suggest calling ahead to a restaurant. She also needs to multitask. I hope she finds work that better suits her because she doesn't need to work a front desk or customer service anywhere.
Friendly staff and clean room. Right on the inlet/ sound and a nice view. Haven't had the breakfast yet but would definitely book this hotel again.
Meeting room comfortable. Nothing fancy. Air conditioner wasnt loud. Water provided in a nice dispenser. Coffee available, but only in lobby. Staff very friendly.
Top notch hotel. Had no real issues, staff was quick ,helpful, and friendly. Breakfast was good, things were clean. Located right next to highway, and right down the street from places to eat. Flat screen televisions, a nice pool area, and great little gym. Business center printer was always stocked. Nothing much more to ask of a place.
The staff were helpful, politeand accommodating. The hotel lobby and rooms are clean. Free breakfast bar from 6-10 is your standard fare. Bagels, waffles, fruit a meat and assorted cereals. Rooms are large and clean. Furniture was all in good working condition. Mini fridge and microwave worked as expected. Bathrooms were nicely decorated and very clean. Nearby restaurants. Overall a great experience. I would stay there again.
