Don't waste your time! Cause they'll damn sure waste yours.
This was essentially extortion we had to pay to pick up the equipment. The work is too expensive and the owner is not to be trusted. Get everything in writing because he will not honor his word or that of his associates. We will never deal with him again.
I came to X-Cycle to get new tires put on my bike. I bought the tires on-line and bright them with me. CJ usually doesn't work on Harley's but once he saw my back tire, he agreed to help me out. They're were several little things that he brought me in the back and showed me what they were and what to look out for. He was very helpful and up front. CJ and Jackie are kind and personable people. I enjoyed talking to them. Thank you both!
I've been to X Cycle repair a few times for routine work. Always been quick motorcycle service and awesome customer service. CJ is very knowledgeable! I've recommended many of my friends to take their bikes to Xcycle
We took our wave runner to this shop to be repaired in May, 2016. The original estimated time of completion was 3 weeks. The shop kept it all summer "working on it", so we lost an entire summer. The total cost eventually far exceeded the estimate. The wave runner was finally repaired and we were called to pick it up at the end of August, 2016. We live out of town and could not return to pick it up and had a conversation with the receptionist, who promised us we had until 10-1-16 to pick up the wave runner because it had taken them so long to complete the work. We then asked a neighbor to pick it up and he went to the shop and the owner would not release it until we paid an additional exorbitant amount for "storage". We were never given a break down for the storage cost . We were told the owner "overruled" his agent and wanted additional money for storage, despite the earlier agreement and despite his keeping the equipment for 3 months. We objected to the significantly increased amount and continue to object to the excessive charges.
Came here just to get a rear tire mounted. It was already off the bike. CJ was extremely nice, well knowledgeable and more importantly you can tell he's an honest and trustworthy guy. I will for sure come here in the future for all my motorcycle needs.
