Whoever wrote that this is the best sushi in NC is totally clueless. There were about 10 chef special rolls. All 3 we got were mediocre. Shrimp tempura wasn't crunchy (likely premade and not freshly fried per roll). I won't eat here again. 2 stars because staff was nice and spring rolls were ok. Price is high for what you get.
Worst sushi I have ever had in my life, and I have had a lot of bad sushi. Do not recommend. Only 5 people in there on a Friday night.
This place is great! I really enjoyed my plate. Very nice waitresses. Some of the best sushi I have ever had. I would really suggest you try the clear soup if you decide to go.
Sushi was delicious. Staff was even better. All staff members took time to engage me beyond a simple hello. I'll be back again!
New decor, yet cozy. Outstanding Japanese cuisine and presented beautifully. We live close by, but did not know about this wonderful place until a friend told us. Now we go at least once a week and tend to order the same - tempura soft sell crab, spider roll, shrimp tempura roll, vegetable tempura and at least one special-of-the-day. Staff are warm and friendly. Highly recommend.
