Food was hot and came out in a timely manner. My steak was a little over cooked but not so much that I would send it back. My husbands plate was just right. The real reason for the review however, is for the service. Kyle M. was our server this evening and he was prompt and proper and handled all his tables well. He should be working in fine dining, they are lucky to have such a server truthfully.
The food was ok, probably not the best but good enough. The only issue I had was the wait to get our food and then despite what was requested when ordering the steak it was still overcooked.
My wife and I went in for lunch and ordered the 2 for $20 deal. App was great, drinks were good. I ordered a burger with fries and asked the burger to be plain..just cheese. Before the waiter left i asked him again to make sure he got my order correct and he said yeah. When the food arrived, it had onions and from it looked like peppers hidden under the cheese and some kind of big mac sauce under the burger. I told the waiter i couldnt wait for them to make another one. He apologized and said it was his fault that he wrote it down wrong and didnt communicate with the cook. He left and came back and said ill just take the burger off the bill. Still had to pay $14 for my wifes food and app we had. I normally dont complain but thats ridiculous. We'll take our business elsewhere.
Order small steaks was a tough piece of meat. Service was good and I don't know how to say more. We were disappointed with the meal.
Should of known when you walk in and the place was empty. If you have kids avoid this place! They charge for tablets. As soon as your child touches a tablet you get charged. They do not tell you this until you get the bill. Don’t waste time or money. Go anywhere else. Avoid this place. Horrible prices, over rated food, and over charging for simple things other restaurants give for free!
