The food is usually good.... However the last few times we went it was disgusting. Everything tasted like it had been soaked in a chemical bath and all good was MICROWAVED. My wife had a Grilled Chicken, oh excuse me MICROWAVED chicken. Everything thing was like that my burger, my son's hot dog. It was so MICROWAVED that the bread was wavey and over rubbery.
C'mon Sonic.... at least put a sign out " Dear consumer I know your coming for fresh cooked food - However, tonight your meal will be microwaved".
Service here is always great. The staff is friendly and the food is great. Portion sizes are decent and the price isn't bad either. Love their custard concrete.
That one star that I rated them was actually being generous. You'd think by the prices of their menu you might get some quality! But instead you get dung, for those prices you don't even get a half smile from those sour acting employees. I could get better than that if I bought the ingredients and get this 17 month young child here to make my order!!!
This evening I came through the drive thru and ordered a burger. The service was wonderful and the lady who brought me my food was very nice. I came home & started eating my burger & kept biteing into something very hard that appeared to be similar to plastic. I had to throw out my entire burger, and after craving one all day, I was a little disappointed.
I have to honestly say they have improved from the last time I visited a few years ago.
