Your Morehead store great. The one on Hwy 70 across from Lowes and Wal-Mart. You've got polite people 92% of the time.

Worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. I got a coffee and when I opened the lid saw things floating in it. I went back in to get my money back & the cashier took the cup & it spilled on the counter. She then went to get the assistant manager or manager to get the refund for me. He came walking up with gloves on (was obviously handling food) and was in a frenzy sticking his hand in the register asking who left it open. He then came over to me and in a very bad tone was asking where my receipt was. It was pouring down rain and my receipt was soaking wet so I had thrown it away. He then starts asking where the coffee was and I said the cashier took it and it spilled & I showed where it was still all over the counter. Horrible customer service and unclean. This was the second time I have seen this person wearing gloves dealing with food then touching money and going back to handling food without changing gloves.

I have visited the Dunkin Donuts in Morehead City , and the Cape Carteret area frequently for the past few weeks and I am treated with such. generosity and respect. everyone always smiles, and they are always on time with their order and no matter how busy they get, they always confirm your order to make sure that it's right, and they never lose their cool. I just love and enjoy walking into Dunkin Donuts in the Morehead City and Cape Carteret area, and leaving there satisfied and with a smile. :-) I think for that back of reason, and every co-worker that works there deserves a bonus, and a raise :-)
