Called the store to order cupcakes for my son's class Friday and was told you can't order cakes or cupcakes on Wednesday (today) or Thursday, and that the baker is not there. How stupid is that? You would think with Walmart being open 24/7 and having a bakery, that you should be able to call ANY day of the week to place an order. If these are their rules, they need to have them posted somewhere either at the store or on their website, that way we don't have to call to be told were SOL.
The manager or supervisor ( I believe named Debbie or Debora?) of the Photo department is the rudest person with no sense of costumer service. She had a attitude and when asked for help she was snotty. People like that should not work in a job with costumer interaction. Thank god she was not the only one there and the two other employees helped me. Debbie you suck, go play in traffic and do every costumer a favor as you do so.
