Great food. Great price. Excellent staff.
Pretty sure it was the opening day that my husband, 10 month old son, and I went, and it was great! It was packed, yes, but the (what I assume to be) manager was very helpful and nice, the (what I assume to be) owner was in going around making sure people were happy with their experience and food, and we enjoyed it. It was our first time at Zaxby's and we ordered the Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad--AMAZING--and the spicy fried muchrooms which were also really good. I expected fast food and i got actual, great, restaurant food. We didn't wait longer than we would have at a regular sit down restaurant and I thought it was well worth the wait. I'll definitely continue going here!
Service was fast and prompt the only small issue is that they don't bring out what sauces you ask for.
Huge chicken salad and a chicken club with fries..Top it off with a sweet tea and the best in southern hospitality and I know you are talking about Zaxby's. ..In particular. ..This one! They are now piloting a table service program. Even that makes it just a bit better. It will always be one of my favorite places to eat.
Atmosphere is nice, very clean. Food is not bad. But why charge me 25 cents for a small container of ranch? Person who delivered my food asked me if I needed anything and when I asked for ranch she told me it was an extra change and walked away, so I had to go stand in line to get it. I never knew ranch was so valuable! Pinch those pennies, Zaxby’s! You won’t be getting any more of mine!
