I love taking my cat Sushi here! She has boarded here several times and just went in for a sick visit today. After ONE stay they remembered not only my cat, but me as well. The front desk staff is always professional, cheerful and helpful. You'd never know if they were having a bad day. I've only met one or two vet techs there but they were just as wonderful as the front desk staff. This is a great place to take your pet for whatever they need!
We have been with Pet Docks for almost 10 years and have been "mamas" to 3 cats and sometimes 4 at a time. Dr. Worrell has exhibited great empathy, solid knowledge and skill, as well as patience with our many questions. Jason and the girls go above and beyond. They feel like family by this time since we have elderly cats who require more care than usual.
New to the area my dog began having health problems and I was forced to find a new vet sooner than I had originally planned. I went to another local vet in the area and had a very poor experience so I made the decision to try PetDocks in hope I could find some answers for my pup, it was the best decision I could have made. Everyone is very friendly, professional and the really care about your pet. The vet is the best I have ever seen. He takes his time with you and really explores all options before suggesting anything. He takes a conservative approach to treatment and explains the reasoning and cost associated with everything. I could not be happier that I took my dog here and am so grateful for everyone there.
